Complaint

Prepare the goods and pack them securely

In the individual steps of the online form, please fill in all information incl. your bank account number in case of a refund

Hand over the goods to the shipping company or send to the address provided in the online form.
!!! Do not return shipments to the company headquarters, always generate a label in the online form. Send to the address given in the form !!!

Withdrawal from the purchase contract

Do you want to return products? You can return the goods within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason and we will refund your money (exact wording can be found inbusiness conditions). Please always use simple online form and follow the instructions. 
In the case of complaints about goods in the sale, follow the terms and conditions for services paragraph 5.3

KEEP IN MIND

If you withdraw from the purchase contract, you must send the purchased goods to 14 days from the date of withdrawal, at your expense.

If you want to return part of the order, we will recalculate the remaining (unreturned) part of the order and you may lose the right to the quantity discount that you may have applied during the purchase. We will inform you.
If you return the goods within the legal period of 14 days without giving reasons and you bought the goods with free shipping, we will charge you for the shipping.
